About
Coorbitz is the software and AI brand of Coordinatez. We design and build custom software, AI systems and automation for startups and growing companies, from Chicago and Mehsana.
What we do
We build software that does real work: web platforms customers use, internal tools that replace spreadsheets, AI features and agents that take repetitive judgment off a team’s plate, and the data pipelines that make the numbers agree.
We use AI where it changes an outcome and plain code everywhere else. Most of what we ship is unglamorous and durable, which is what a business system should be.
Why Coorbitz exists
Coordinatez runs a trading business alongside its technology work. The systems that business needed, for outreach, replies, documents and shipments, didn’t exist in a form that fit, so the team built them. Coorbitz is that engineering capability, offered to other companies with the same kind of problems.
That origin shapes how we work. We’ve been the client of our own software, so we’re impatient with tools that look good in a demo and fall over on a Tuesday. We care about the parts nobody shows in a pitch: data models, error handling, documentation, and what happens after launch.
The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with the engineering team in Mehsana, Gujarat, India. The two offices work the same backlog to the same standard, and clients get one point of contact.
How we approach technology
These shape estimates, code and conversations on every project. Hold us to them.
You get a written understanding of the problem and the options before any number. Estimates move a lot less once the homework is done.
A scheduled job and a good data model solve more business problems than a chatbot. We use AI where it changes an outcome, and say so when it doesn't.
Repositories, infrastructure and third-party accounts are set up in your name from day one. No lock-in and no proprietary platform in the middle.
You see real screens with real data every week, and you can change direction while it's still cheap to do so.
Tests, documentation and well-understood technology, because somebody has to run this in three years, and it might not be us.
Chicago and Mehsana work the same backlog to the same standard. You get one point of contact and a team that covers both US and Indian hours.
Problems we're usually brought in for
The spreadsheet has become the system, and it's starting to break.
Your team spends hours a week copying data between tools that don't talk.
You want AI in the product, but not a science project.
The website is slow, hard to update, or invisible on search.
Reports take days to assemble and nobody trusts the numbers.
You've outgrown the off-the-shelf tool, and enterprise software is overkill.
See how this plays out in practice on the Work page, or read how we build.
Where we are
A note on credentials: we don’t hold formal certifications yet and we don’t list client logos we haven’t been given permission to use. What we can offer is a conversation with the people who’d do the work, references on request, and the systems described on the Work page.
Next step
Tell us what’s slow, manual or broken. We’ll read it properly and reply with questions, not a sales deck.
