Coorbitz is the software and AI brand of Coordinatez, with teams in Chicago and Mehsana. We design and build web platforms, internal tools, AI agents and data systems for startups and growing companies, and we stay on to run them.
01Services
Most engagements combine two or three of these. Pick one to see what it usually involves.
We help teams use AI where it changes an outcome, not as a demo. That means understanding the decision you're trying to improve, choosing between an off-the-shelf model, a fine-tuned one or a plain rules engine, and shipping it with the evaluation, monitoring and fallbacks that let you trust it.

02How we build
The same process for a launch site or an operations platform. You see working software from the third week, and you can stop or change course at any step.
The work, not the software.
We start by learning who does what, where it breaks and what “better” would actually mean for the people doing it. No proposals before that.
Decide what to build, buy or leave alone.
Working software every week.
Connect to what you already run.
Automated where it counts, hands-on where it matters.
Deploy with a way back.
Software meets reality after launch.
03How it connects
This is the shape of most systems we build. Every layer is optional: plenty of good automation never touches a model, and no model gets to act without a way back.

Rule of thumb: deterministic steps in plain code, judgment calls to a model, and anything irreversible past a person first.
04Industries
We don't claim expertise in every sector. These are the kinds of businesses whose problems we've actually worked on, and what that work usually looks like.
Manufacturers usually come to us with a data problem dressed as a software problem: production numbers in three places, quality logs on paper, forecasts in someone's head.
Trade and logistics businesses run on outreach, documents and follow-ups across time zones. We built the internal systems for exactly that inside our own parent company.
Storefronts that load fast and are easy to run, plus the back office behind them: orders, inventory, content and the analytics to see what's working.
Independent restaurants and venues need a site that works on a phone, a menu the owner can change, and ordering that doesn't hand every customer to a third-party app.
Agencies, advisors and consultancies buried in repeatable admin: intake, documents, reporting and follow-ups that eat the hours you'd rather bill.
Early teams need a first version that's real enough to sell and clean enough to build on. We help scope it down, ship it, and avoid the rewrite.
Companies past the spreadsheet stage but nowhere near enterprise software. We build the practical middle: systems sized for where you are, with room to grow.
05Selected work
A few things we've built recently. Names are withheld where clients haven't asked to be named, and we don't publish outcome figures we can't stand behind.
Client build Restaurants & Hospitality 2026
A new wings, tacos and pizza kitchen in Illinois needed a presence before opening day, with the full site ready to switch on once the menu was signed off.
Internal system Trading & Logistics 2025 – 2026
One internal system for finding buyers, running outreach, handling replies and tracking shipments for our parent company's scrap-metal export trade.
Proposal prototype Retail & E-commerce 2026
A working storefront demo with shop, filters, quick view, product comparison, interactive 3D product views and a mocked back office, built as a proposal for an outdoor-living retailer.
06Working with us
Not values on a poster. These are the working rules that shape estimates, code and conversations on every project.
You get a written understanding of the problem and the options before any number. Estimates move a lot less once the homework is done.
A scheduled job and a good data model solve more business problems than a chatbot. We use AI where it changes an outcome, and say so when it doesn't.
Repositories, infrastructure and third-party accounts are set up in your name from day one. No lock-in and no proprietary platform in the middle.
You see real screens with real data every week, and you can change direction while it's still cheap to do so.
Tests, documentation and well-understood technology, because somebody has to run this in three years, and it might not be us.
Chicago and Mehsana work the same backlog to the same standard. You get one point of contact and a team that covers both US and Indian hours.
07Technology
Nothing on this list is aspirational. Each item is in a system described on the Work page, and we choose the plainest tool that fits before reaching for anything else.

Short answers. If yours isn't here, ask — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.
